Francisco (Paco) Sinta is an experienced professional and entrepreneur with more than 14 years of experience in various areas including, strategic alliance management, multicultural sales and marketing including the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets, business development, and IT project management. He has solid experience working in a broad array of industries including online and offline B2C advertising, entertainment and video animation, IT and Telecommunications, among others.

As the Founder and President of HLG Solutions, Sinta is responsible for counseling and developing integrated performance-based marketing strategies targeted to the U.S. Hispanic, Latin American and general markets. Established in 2007, HLG Solutions provides multinational companies with marketing outreach and media buying campaigns that generate qualified sales leads to help drive their businesses. The firm offers customized models and services to address the specific business needs of the clients, including Cost per Action (CPA), Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Call (CPC) qualified lead generation, among others. These solutions are implemented through a pull-push marketing approach through a mix of channels such as e-mail, CoRegistration, Internet, digital search engines, TV, radio, print, call centers and strategic partnerships.

In addition to his experience at HLG Solutions, Sinta’s entrepreneurial venture at Cilantro Animation Studios enabled him to strengthen his leadership, business development and negotiation skills while tapping into the entertainment industry. Paco was also responsible for designing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns to attract potential customers. He supervised and was responsible for contracting and managing content providers and distributors to strategically position the company’s animated content in various platforms including TV, mobile devices and Internet.

Previous to this, Sinta was business development manager for Babytobee.com and Hispanos Unidos. As part of the various successful campaigns developed while in this role, Paco supported publishing company Scholastic in the development and launch of a performance-based online campaign to the U.S. Hispanic market through email, digital online advertising, CoRegistration and search engine platforms. As a result of this campaign, the company increased its number of online subscribers.

Sinta was also direct marketing manager for the multicultural market intelligence company Geoscape International. During his tenure with the company, he worked with various advertising agencies, list brokers, list managers, call centers and end-customers to help them develop targeted strategies and campaigns to effectively reach the Hispanic market. In recognition for his dedication and professional achievements, Sinta was named Geoscape International’s Employee of the Year in 2004.

Sinta holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. A Mexican native, Paco is married with two children.
